MUGO GROUP was commissioned by Gecina for designing the landscape of a space located at the foot of the building and a 2nd floor terrace. This project follows Gecina’s policy in terms of valorising its estate through the enhancement of its green spaces.
As a follow-up to the Citizen’s Convention for the Climate (CCC), the Business Convention for the Climate (CEC) aims to make bold and impactful proposals intended for implementation in companies.
Frédéric Jousset, a businessman, a benefactor and founding CEO of the Art Explora cultural foundation, has chosen landscape designer Christian Fournet and Urban Act for the rehabilitation of the historic site of the Chalais pond, designed by Le Nôtre in the 18th century, and Hangar Y located within Meudon national forest (92).
The project, which covers an area of 2.47 acres (1 ha), will include a university canteen and a third place. The landscaping project consists of a 5,500 m2 area, built around a greenway.

STUDIO MUGO proposes a project of intense planting in continuous substrate, in which spaces will have complimentary missions.
This amazing building designed by André Hermant and inaugurated in 1976 is going through some major transformation to become a contemporary art museum. As part of the rehabilitation project STUDIO MUGO will create a garden, looking outward and towards the cathedral, but also inward allowing to catch a glimpse of the museum’s art pieces.
This residence will house a group of multi-family homes and a retail outlet. A fresh contemplative garden at the centre of the block will invite nature into the space.
