This residence will house a group of multi-family homes and a retail outlet. A fresh contemplative garden at the centre of the block will invite nature into the space. A valley gutter system will be used to collect rainwater and develop a wetland vegetation.

The building’s facades and terraces will be vegetalised. On the attic floors there will be filled planters and three accommodations will come with open sky gardens and 10m2 planters. And sedum species will be planted on the rooftops.
