Montrouge South Gate

STUDIO MUGO proposes a project of intense planting in continuous substrate, in which spaces will have complimentary missions. Wooden terraces and living spaces will be placed inside green halos. Some will welcome several plant layers, a source of biodiversity and well-being for the users, while others will allow the practice of yoga, pilates, tai chi, etc. Others will feature a solarium to relax and make the most of sunny days.

The planned co-working spaces are designed for people to meet and thus improve comfort, well-being and social connexion. Those friendly terraces will come together around shrubbery and native herbaceous plants, generating a natural atmosphere while promoting biodiversity. Community vegetable gardens and flower crops will be organised. On the rooftops experimental garden terraces will enable to study the presence of microfauna and avifauna. Finally, several reception areas with view over the Eiffel Tower will be used for the organisation of events.
