Cœur de Ville aims to create a new town center by connecting the different districts and providing the inhabitants with a lively meeting space for mingling and interacting. In this Cœur de Ville the inhabitants of La Celle-Saint-Cloud will be able to access new services such as a multimedia library, new public spaces and infrastructures, as well as local shops as well as 250 new apartments.

The environment will include vegetation and trees, accessible through footpaths and squares, bordered with plants. Big terraces will welcome a conservatory orchard, home to local species from Île-de-France. This orchard will overlook a large meadow, which will be changing through the various mowings, creating a footpath and a relaxing space.

In the shade of trees playgroundswill be installed on the squares bordering those large terraces. A network of valley gutters will collect rainwater to enable the development of a wetland ecosystem and provide the inhabitants with islands of coolness. Finally, the whole neighbourhood will be connected by meadows promoting biodiversity, taking inspiration from the ones of Île-de-France.
