STUDIO MUGO has been commissioned by Belambra to lead the landscaping project of its Giens Peninsula resort. In spite of benefiting from an exceptional natural heritage, the site lacks vegetation which impacts the buildings’ attractiveness. 

The project’s ambition is to improve the use of green outdoor spaces, while preserving biodiversity. To raise awareness on the wealth of the natural heritage, MUGO’s teams have created a fitness trail which blends into the landscape, while offering educational contents. The Studio has built three belvederes, which are perfect to relax or enjoy the view over the peninsula. 

Patios and planted squares have been built inside the village to create a continuity with the outdoor landscape. Finally, the Studio has chosen Mediterranean plants to keep in harmony with the local landscape and make the most of the endemic plants.
