The Capitole

Landscape design of the Capitole outdoor and indoor spaces

The project will allow to unify and enrich the landscape by creating diverse environements. STUDIO MUGO proposes to create spaces for sharing and working as well as recreational spaces for the site’ s users, putting back the pedestrian at the center of the project. The specially adapted furniture in the gardens will invite users to go for a work meeting, take a break or a moment to think in the middle of nature. Moreover, we suggest to make the promotion of biodiversity a key focus of the landscaping project. Therefore, native and honey plants which are good for the fauna and the insects, will be introduced to diversify the plant strata and multiply the habitats. Finally, we want to promote an edible nature. Spaces dedicated to shared gardening will be designed and workshops will be organised around those themes.
