STUDIO MUGO team will work alongside Wilmotte & Associés architecture firm, the project managers on this rehabilitation project and landscape architects, Neveux&Rouyer, to develop a 1000m² vegetable garden inside the historic park of Queen Margot’s former home, current property of the Society of the Priests of Saint Sulpice.

The objective is to create a true nourishing ecosystem inside the future hotel and supply the kitchen of Chef Christian Constant with local vegetable and fruit produce all year long.

The 2-hectare park will retain the historic layouts while the style of the cultivated garden will be preserved. Surrounded by Saint Jean-Paul II Park and the Swiss hospital, this protected site will keep its extraordinary original features.

This rehabilitation project, led by an innovative partnership between the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Société d’Économie Mixte de l’Arc de Seine (SEMADS), the Society of the Priests of Saint Sulpice, the Accor group and Wilmotte & Associés architecture firm, includes the construction of a building and the rehabilitation of the historic site in order to accommodate restaurants, kitchen and rooms. The two buildings will cover a combined floor area of 6,185 m² for a total of 83 rooms.
