The Vectorial, is a 30,000 sq.m office complex, owned by La Française, which is being restructured. The heart of landscape is made up of a central paved garden surrounding a patio. The paved garden is optimized to offer a landscaped area for leisure, food production, walking and contemplation. Three wooded hills will add relief and allow big trees to be planted in order to elevate the garden. With the aim of optimizing the rainwater harvesting, a valley gutter will be integrated to allow a wetland ecosystem to develop. This area will both support biodiversity and prevent floodings. The building rooftops will also be covered with vegetation. A continuity from East to West will enable to connect the landscape of the campus to its surrounding environment and maintain a visual and spatial continuity.
