A segmentation of the site portfolio 

A first flash mission spanning across 25 sites has been instrumental in breaking down STE’s sites and identifying the sites, whose outside spaces have high potential. For those selected sites landscaping and management levers were identified. The objective was to adapt the sites to the clients’ new expectations: more external uses and more services in the landscape, a better inclusion of well-being and biodiversity.

An operational approach has been established to improve the attractiveness of the site. This approach is based on an assessment tool developed specifically for STE sites, which measures the attractiveness in several areas at a specific time and over time. As a result, STE has been able to identify the action levers to be implemented in order to optimise its outdoor spaces.
