An experimental orchard in the sky
STUDIO MUGO has designed “L’Éveil” to provide the residents of the 18th arrondissement of Paris with an innovative nature-friendly space boasting event venues as well as a sport and well-being centre. In order to move towards a more productive, more human and healthier city, STUDIO MUGO proposed to create a rooftop urban farm and, at ground level, green patios. The site users will have self-service access to an orchard made up of fruit trees, aromatic herbs, berries, cut flowers and a flowery meadow.
