An aromatic herb garden in the heart of Paris
Les Comptoirs Richard wanted to revamp a beautiful courtyard, part of the brand’s Parisian historical store. STUDIO MUGO designed and built a productive garden linked to the core businesses of the Maison Cafés Richard. Located in the courtyard of the former factory, the vegetable garden is used to produce a variety of herbal teas by growing aromatic tea plants. With the transformation process taking place on site using a dehydrator, the leaves can be placed in a bag and served in the store. The garden is surrounded by a natural garden and a terrace, a perfect place for relaxing and greeting customers.
