On behalf of real estate investment company Gecina, STUDIO MUGO assessed the performance of the maintenance contracts against key environmental indicators. Following a complete audit of the existing landscape assets, areas of improvements were identified and recommendations were made. STUDIO MUGO also analysed the special Terms of Contract and Special Technical Specifications, assessed and optimized the maintenance costs, established KPI, put processes and a governance into place for the management of the service. STUDIO MUGO took part in the steering of the bidding process.
