An experimental vegetable garden and a terrace of aromatic plants
STUDIO MUGO experimented a new kind of vegetable garden on the open air terraces of BNP PARIBAS Real Estate headquarter: identical plants were planted in 18 containers using different growing methods (type of soil, frequency of watering, soil enricher/fertilizer, etc.) in order to assess their productivity. This experimental laboratory aimed to reintroduce nature in the city in a sustainable way. Another terrace is reserved for aromatic herbs, turning it into a community and convivial space for employees of BNP Paribas Real Estate. All the employees have free access to the space and can pick the plants for their own consumption. Yellogarden, a Mugo group company, is responsible for monitoring the experimental vegetable garden and maintaining these two terraces.
