STUDIO MUGO was commissioned by Gecina to design the landscaping project for planted zones on R-1 level / underground level. This project follows Gecina’s policy in terms of valorising its estate through the enhancement of its green spaces. The project’s objective is to create a more accessible landscape through usage and various activities, while promoting biodiversity in this urban environment. The garden is designed like a natural stage dominated by the sequoias. It offers everyone– thanks to the new accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM) – relaxing spaces with new furniture and a yoga space. Fauna and flora shelter zones welcome biodiversity with appropriate lighting and plants. In addition, empty zones have been filled with native and honey producing plants. 

Therefore, this garden benefits both biodiversity and user’s well-being and give this space a new future.
