STUDIO MUGO will certify your real estate projects with the Effinature label!

Effinature is the first label in the world to take into account biodiversity in construction, renovation, design and operation projects. It brings the sustainable development approach to life in the construction sector and enhances real estate assets. It is applicable to any project in any territory, adaptable, flexible while qualitative. Complementing the existing certifications such as BREEAM, NF HQE or WELL, the Effinature certification allows property developers to easily integrate biodiversity into all their projects.

Within STUDIO MUGO, Erika Kerisit, an AgroParisTech engineer and Camille Couteau, an Agrocampus Ouest engineer, are accredited to support you in your projects.

The label is obtained through the Institute for Research and Innovation for Climate and Ecology (IRICE), an independent organisation. The auditors are assessed every year so they can be maintained at an optimal level. The standards used have been continuously improved over the last twelve years and keep adapting to the new evolutions. They are in the process of obtaining the ISO 17065 certification.

In order to apply the certification to any project, Effinature comes in 3 standarts:

·         AME 20-001: Landscape design for a neighbourhood, a ZAC (Urban Development zone) or a larger territory

·         BAT 20-001: New builds

·         REN 20-001: Renovation project

Two levels of certifications are available:

·         Classic: Design and implementation of a project

·         HVE: Design, implementation and operation of a project. This label can be renewed every three years.

STUDIO MUGO, already an accredited BiodiverCity® assessor, is proud to welcome in its team these two new accredited Effinature auditors and helps you gain your certifications to create buildings more integrated with their natural surroundings.
