STUDIO MUGO prepares you for the new Biodiversity Life tag!

Since September STUDIO MUGO has been helping the company SEGRO, a world leader in modern warehousing and industrial logistics hubs, with its Biodiversity labelling for the property complex Carré des Aviateurs Le Blanc-Mesnil. This objective of this new label is to evaluate and promote real estate assets whose usage takes biodiversity into consideration and promotes it.

STUDIO MUGO, which also acts as a certified BiodiverCity Constructor assessor, notably on the Archives Départementales du Loiret in Orléans and the Fénelon Orchards run by the promotors OGIC and ADIM in Vaujours – has extended its support by becoming an assessor for the BiodiverCity Life tag.

STUDIO MUGO offers support with the BiodiverCity Life tag in order to achieve the following:

  • To help the site incorporate biodiversity with a continuous and measured progress
  • To reconnect users with nature by developing biophilia and workshops/events
  • To increase the team’s awareness
  • To enhance the work of the gardeners

The BiodiverCity Life label offers  a new perspective on green spaces and ecosystems associated with buildings. The label can be applied to a variety of sites: logistical hubs, blocks of flats, and Tertiary Campus. It complements the BiodiverCity Label dedicated to new built or renovation real estate projects, and other certifications for sustainable buildings (HQE, BREEM, LEED). It is aimed at the operational phase and focuses on biodiversity.
