International Biodiversity & Property Council IBPC (CIBI) is the pioneering network for the professionals of the new biodiversity and Real Estate sector.

The IBPC (CIBI) is represented by actors of urbanism, ecology, construction and Real Estate. Its goal is to promote urban biodiversity and human-nature relationship in sectors such as Urban Planning, construction and in the daily life inside built urban islands. Biophilia plays a major role in the well-being of city-dwellers. The awareness-raising actions of the IBPC are aimed at both professional actors and the general public.

The IBPC (CIBI) promotes the best practices in terms of urban biodiversity during the planning, development, maintenance, occupancy and improvement phases of the property cycle. The BiodiverCity® label, initiated by the IBPC, is the main tool supporting the creation of green living spaces, which stand as perfect economic, sociocultural and functional models .On a district level it contributes to build a kind and resilient city.

STUDIO MUGO along with its project Manager Erika Kerisit (AgroParitech 2014) is an iBPC-accreditated assessor authorised to assess building projects wishing to receive the label.
